Financial Targets

In the long term, ie over a business cycle, the Company shall:

  1. Achieve an increase in revenue for the group, on average 25% per year. The company will grow through a combination of organic growth, acquisitions and revenue synergies.

  2. Achieve an EBITDA margin of at least 20% when the acquisition strategy in performance-based marketing of e-commerce stores has an effect and when synergies are fully attained.
